Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all our jewelry, one of a kind, bespoke jewelry or any piece with personalization, such as an engraving, added stones,  are not eligible for a return or exchange.

 

In the case of damage incurred during shipment, please contact us immediately at hello@performa.com. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. Return-eligible items will be accepted within 10 days of delivery date.

Performa Studio reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

  • We cannot refund original shipping fees, or any duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
