When you are ready to place your order, you can either use our guest checkout where no registration is required, or you can create a password-protected account where we will save your name and billing address for the next time you visit. If you would like to change your details at any time, you can do this in the 'My Account' section, which is also home to your wishlist and where you can track the status of your orders in 'Order History'.
Payment methods
The full order amount will be debited from your account as soon as your order has been placed. For custom-made items, if you prefer to split payment over production please order by phone or email to set this up.
The following payments are accepted:
Debit / Credit Card
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Union Pay. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card at the time the order is placed.
PayPal
You can choose to pay with your card or your already registered PayPal account.
Apple Pay
You also have the option of paying via Apple Pay, using a debit or credit card that you have added to your Apple Wallet.
Order status
All orders are fully trackable at our website. To see where your order is and to get the latest shipping status, please sign in to your acocunt and click on 'My Orders'. If you didn't sign up for an account on our website, you will still receive all order updates via email. For example, when your order has been despatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) and updated information about your shipment.
If your order includes custom made items, you will also receive an email when your custom-made item is almost finished, confirming the estimate despatch window. Please check the individual product page if you are unsure of expected production time for any particular item.
